Creating a Support Ticket
To create a support ticket, please select the tab "Contact Us" and fill in
- the subject of the topic you wish assistance for;
- a detailed description of the problem/question;
You will soon receive an answer from one of our support members.
The ticket can be created only with an already registered Email account in the Support Portal (Deskpro).
This is the same if you are creating a ticket via Email - firstname.lastname@example.org
You can also monitor your tickets by going to "Тickets" on the upper right of the screen:
