IT department needs access to the Customer Support Portal


If a user is maintained in TIS (no matter if in the Test System or the Live System), only then the user will also exist in our ticketing system and will have access to the Customer Support Portal. So, if your IT department needs access to the Customer Support Portal, please firstly add them as active users in TIS. Please navigate to Administration > User Management > New:

You can also provide the new user with Viewer Permissions on a lower level only (if no further permissions are needed). This way, the user will have access to the Customer Support Portal:


 The synchronization with the Customer Support Portal happens once a day over night.
