Too many failed login attempts
In case of ten subsequently failed login attempts, the user account will be locked for a period of 180 minutes. In order to reset (unlock) a locked user account, the “Forgot password?” function has to be used. Please follow the below outlined steps:
Enter your email address and click "Next"
Click on "Forgot Password?"
Enter your email address and click on "Send Request"
You will shortly receive an e-mail with the instructions to reset your password. Please keep in mind that the link in the e-mail will be active for 10 minutes only. In case you are not receiving the password reset e-mail, please check in your Spam/Junk e-mail folder.
